PROGRAMMES & CLASS SCHEDULE
Mondays - 6pm to 7:30pm
Thursdays - 6pm to 7:30pm
All ages welcome.
Combined age groups attend each class.

The Programme Covers:
-
Fitness-stamina, strength, general well being.
-
Basic exercises - Develop hand and kicking skills fundamental to Taekwondo
-
Kyorugi-Sparring-Learn & practice striking, blocking and kicking techniques in a controlled fighting environment.
-
Poomsae-Individuals, pairs, group exercises to develop combinations of blocks, kicks and punches.
-
Unarmed combat/self defence - Techniques to defend yourself in different situations e.g. one-on-one, more than one attacker.

As student learn and show a willingness to achieve they will be tested on their ability to progress on to their next grade. Gradings are held two or three times a year by a Chief Examiner, Master Black Belt or Senior Black Belt.
